Introduction
The BA (Honours) Business and Human Resource Management course focuses on the practical skills. It concentrates on the acquisition of the skills required to manage the changing HR function including modern individualised contractual employment relationships, often remotely and digitally managed in an authentic, transparent, and ethical manner.

All modules are evaluated through written assessments. The award is conferred upon students who fulfill the graduation criteria by successfully completing and passing all required modules as stipulated in the course structure.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Minimum Entry Requirement for Stage 1
Minimum Academic Requirement: Singapore / Cambridge GCE A-level : 112 UCAS Points
Minimum Language Requirement: Equivalent to IELTS 6 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band.
Minimum age of 17 years.

Minimum Entry Requirement for Stage 3
Minimum Academic Requirement: Complete Shelton Advanced Diploma in related field or Any other qualifications will be assessed on case-by-case basis or equivalent
Minimum Language Requirement: Equivalent to IELTS 6 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band.
